Arousal & Sex Therapy

Sexual intimacy and erotic expression is an integral part of any committed relationship. Although important, it’s not necessary a matter of how many times per week, or how it’s done.  It’s more a matter whether it fulfills a deepening connection between you and your partner. Sexuality, or understanding the dance between your sexual energy and your partner’s sexual energy is one of the goals. Another possible goal in sex therapy is learning mastery of arousal techniques and anatomical functioning, thus reducing performance anxiety and/or painful experiences.
